Healthy Chicken & Dumplin's-Crock Pot Style

It's Thursday again and the weekend is closing in on us! Yesterday I made Chicken & Dumplin's in the crock pot and it was delicious! I've never been a fan of Chicken and Dumplin's but these are so yummy and I'm so happy a fellow mom shared her recipe with me!!! This will go into our meal rotations at home...everyone loved it even FFF Hubby...well except for Sassy Sis because she was at Grammy's for her Wednesday visit! This is another simple, healthy dinner and it's hearty and DELICIOUS!!!! Did I mention how yummy this is? Because if not you should know it is AMAZING!!!! Here's the recipe so you can enjoy it as well!!

Crock Pot Chicken & Dumplin's

Ingredients
  • 4 Frozen Chicken Breast or 6 frozen thighs (more if your family is larger of course)
  • 2 Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 cup sliced up carrots
  • 1 cup sliced up celery
  • Onion cut up-not sure how much because we're not onion eaters so I omitted onion
Directions
  •  Put everything in crock pot, put lid on let cook on low all day or med/high half day
  • Make some baking powder biscuits (or use the ones already made in the tubes) when you get home and put on the top of everything in the pot and put lid back on and let cook 30 more minutes
  • Enjoy a delicious, easy and hearty meal
So there you have it! Another recipe for your arsenal!  Even you non cookers out there can do this one! Enjoy your Thursday and remember to go enter the giveaway!!!

Blessings
  Becky

Sounds really yummy! I think that your Pumpkin Spice Latte sounds awesome, too! I am a new follower from the blog hop.
